From the time of our inception, Merseyside Car Hospital has been fully committed to our “Patients Charter”-  “THE FINEST TREATMENT IN THE SHORTEST TIME”.

 The Company has a unique approach.  The idea was to establish a business that would be recognised not only for its uniqueness, but also for providing the highest quality of Patient/Customer care and high standard of repairs.

Formed in 1998, Merseyside Car Hospital has succeeded in developing a business that has appealed and become noticeable to Insurers, Management Companies and customers alike, and has become synonymous in achieving and surpassing what is originally set out to do.

It was realised at a very early stage that creating a successful Accident Repair Business would not be easy.  However we believe that if you are fully committed to your convictions, have the ability to recruit the right personnel, and have the correct management structures in place (both financial and personnel) you are half way there.

Patient / Customer Care

PATIENT/CUSTOMER CARE  is at the forefront in the philosophy of Merseyside Car Hospital.  However, if there is a time when we have made a mistake, it is the treatment of this mistake which is most important.  We listen to any complaint carefully, and offer the customer an immediate inspection.  We don’t argue, any genuine complaint is rectified, other wise we contact the Insurance straight away.

We believe the successful Accident Repair Centre in the 21st Century must be 100% focused and have Patient/Customer  as a priority.  You may be the best Repair Centre, but if you don’t treat your customers with respect you will fail.

We were absolutely delighted from start to hand back of our vehicle. Our vehicle had a repair carried out to it’s offside front door, front wing and wing mirror and when we looked at the results you could not tell in any way that the vehicle had ever had any repair work carried out. It was as if it had exerted from the Showroom on the day we first took delivery. We cannot praise the quality of the work MCH have completed highly enough. Five Star excellence, all the way through the experience which started from the moment that our vehicle was taken in fir its repair to the moment it was handed back to us. All the staff were very professional, courteous, attentive and very efficient. Customers like to think that they matter, at MCH they definitely matter. From start to finish I was kept up to date with the repair, the car was ready on schedule and the quality of work was first class. A special mention for the lady on reception, I did not get her name but a big thank you to her, she was so helpful and polite as well as being very efficient. I am one very satisfied customer.
